everybody wants to be a real italian... until they find out that real italians like to sit around in the summer heat and drink ice cold beer at such a slow pace that it quickly becomes warm pond water.

in a defiant act against the sun, we worked with real italian, giada de laurentiis, to create a summer treat that has the crispness of a nastro azzurro and the structural integrity of a classic italian dessert.
